Medspa Digital Rebrand
Led the visual and digital restructuring of a growing medspa lacking cohesive branding and platform ownership. Established a unified identity system, redesigned the website for cross-device compatibility, implemented structured content calendars, and launched Instagram advertising to stabilize and elevate the brand presence.
Art Academy Program Revive
I led the turnaround of an underperforming entry-level art program by redesigning the classroom environment, rebuilding the curriculum, and improving the overall student and parent experience. Working closely with a team to transformed a disengaging and low-retention class into a high-demand program by introducing structured projects, an immersive classroom design, and a more engaging teaching approach.
